We have adopted certain high standards of coding and we strictly follow it too. We do maintain a library of all the classes used in the project and make user controls as per the need of the project. Then we call these user controls on the forms as and where they are required, so that neatness of the code can be maintained as per the standards.

General Class Library
We do have different general functions like Make Connection with Database ; Creating Recordset ; Sending Mail ; Creating Dataset etc. in our existing Class Library.

If we found something is missing, then our concerned Project Manager will have a discussion with client and suggest them a better option. As we need to gather all the required information about the business like - Business Objectives and other necessary information required for maintaining the quality and accuracy in development of project. Once we get the clear picture of the project, we move forward.

 First, client defines the task and gives the initial information for the project ;
 Our Project Manager will ask additional questions to clarify the work to be done ;
 We will provide client a Preliminary Project Cost Estimate / Scope of Work ;

Implementation
